- State law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $100 per calendar year.
- Corporate checks are prohibited by law.
- Ohio Campaign Finance law permits individuals to contribute up to $10,670 to an Ohio legislative candidate per election cycle.
